Overview
Leilani Haciendas is a small intimate and friendly holiday complex located only 100 metres between Little Beach and Shoal Bay Beach. Leilani has proven to be one of the Bays most popular holiday destinations, providing the choice of accommodation in studio, motel room with spa and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments plus the 4 bedroom Hacienda Villa.

The Hacienda Villa is our 4 bedroom house which can accommodate up to 12 people. The house opens onto an enclosed yard with your own private BBQ. There is corner spa in the bathroom. Main bedroom and second bedroom open onto sunny balconies.
Some apartments have corner spa baths.
The apartments are situated in beautiful tropical gardens, and some of the features include full kitchens, laundry, and air conditioning. All the apartments have sunny balconies.
Our standard one bedroom apartments have the capacity to accommodate up to 5 people with queen size bed in bedroom, double sofa bed in living room plus single bed. There is a small charge for the use of the extra bedding. This additional bedding is not made up if not booked.
Our Spa apartment is located on the ground floor overlooking the pool. This apartment can also accommodate up to 5 people.
Our Courtyard apartment is suitable for the families that want a separate sleeping area for the children. The children's bedroom is located off the main bedroom (you walk through this area to get to the main bedroom.) There is also a double sofa bed making this apartment able to accommodate 6 people. There is an extra charge for the use of the sofa bed. The courtyard is fully enclosed with your own private BBQ. An ideal area for the little ones to play safely.
Our Studio room is upstairs. This is a very spacious room with large under-cover balcony overlooking the pool. Ensuite with shower. The room has dining table and chairs, TV and DVD, bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
Our Motel Room is upstairs and has queen size bed opening out onto large undercover balcony. The room has tea and coffee making facilities with bar fridge. The bathroom has large corner spa and separate shower.
The Studio and Motel rooms do not cater for babies or children.
Surrounded by swaying palms is the solar heated swimming pool and spa. There is nothing more pleasant than enjoying a BBQ and a glass of wine.
The little ones have not been forgotten with a sandpit and boat.
Linen is supplied and fresh towels are supplied every second day.
All apartments have LCD TV and DVD.
Credit card details are required on check in.
If arriving after 5.00 p.m., please contact us on our mobile to arrange key collection. If we do not receive credit card details we are unable to leave key.

Getting There
Leilani is an easy 2.5 hour drive north from sydney Habour Bridge via the F3 Freeway. Take the Port Stephens exit at the end of the freeway and follow the pacific highway signs to Hexham. Cross the bridge then turn right and follow the signs to Nelson Bay.
Please proceed to our reservations office which is located Cnr Gowrie Ave. & Kurrawa Close, Nelson Bay.
Leilani is an easy two and a half hour drive north from Sydney Harbour Bridge via the F3 Freeway. Take the Port Stephens exit at the end of the freeway and follow the Pacific Highway signs to Hexham. Cross the bridge and take the first turn right and follow signs into Nelson Bay.
Take the Shoal Bay/Final Bay via Victoria Parade. This will bring you past Marina, stay on main road, turn left past Nelson Bay RSL Club (roundabout) - Gowrie Avenue - and come down virtually to the end.
Go Past the Marina, stay on the main road, turn left past Nelson Bay RSL Club (roundabout) and follow Gowrie Avenue to the corner of Kurrawa Close.
