HOSTED BED & BREAKFAST: you book one bedroom [with ensuite] and share lounge, dining and games room with other guests [not hosts]. A full cooked-to-order, country breakfast [sausages from our own beef and eggs from our own chooks ... simply the best!] is cooked and served by your hosts. We even clean up afterwards! Cost $15 p.p.

SELF-CONTAINED RENTAL: you rent the whole three bedroom house [direct from the owners] for a minimum four nights. If you choose self-contained accommodation there will be no hosts ?you look after yourself. Full gourmet kitchen including 6 burner gas cook-top, 2 electric ovens, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & bed linen is all supplied. Just BYO towels [or hire them from us if that suits].Self-contained guests receive a welcome breakfast hamper on arrival.

Getting There

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO B&B SIGN ON THE HIGHWAY!!

From the South

The trip will take you exactly 2 hours from the beginning of the F3 Freeway at Hornsby, Sydney ? that is adhering strictly to the speed limit ? weather & traffic permitting of course!

Follow the F3 Freeway to the very end and turn right at the big roundabout at Beresfield.
Stay on the Pacific Highway and follow the Taree signs over the Hexham bridge. By-pass Raymond Terrace and also Karuah.
14km (10 mins) North of Karuah (and just after ?the Rock?) is the Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest turn off. Don?t turn there but continue along the Pacific Highway for another 3kms [which doesn't take long @ 110kph!]. Viney Creek Road West is the first exit to the left. You will see the signs and the deceleration/exit lane on the left-hand side of the road.

From the North: Follow the Pacific Highway through Bulahdelah. Some of your journey will be on the old road and some on the new road. After about 25km you will see a Viney Creek Rd EAST sign [that?s not us]. Continue another 500m and you will see the VINEY CREEK ROAD WEST sign. Turn right into VINEY CREEK ROAD WEST. If you miss the turn off and find yourself at the Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest turn off, take that exit and do a lap of the Roundabout and come back 3kms.

Lavender Grove Farm is the third gate on the left, 500 meters up the dirt road.
