Larkwood is a 1930’s renovated home set on half an acre of gardens surrounded by natural bushland. Larkwood is located in the coastal town of Lemon Tree Passage, which is renowned for its quietness, natural beauty and the native Koala Colony. Larkwood of Lemon Tree is a 4 1/2 star Bed And Breakfast,and a great place for the relaxing weekend break, extended stay, or a stop over on your way to Sydney or Brisbane. There are three double guest bedrooms, with queen size beds,and all Air Conditioning, each with its own private ensuite. The rooms are tastefully decorated.
Each room opens onto a glassed-in sunroom via french doors.

Business Facilities
Newcastle Airport is only 15 minutes away and we do a shuttle to and from the airport, buses run through our town every day of the week. Nearest train station is Newcastle which is 40 minutes away. We have a guest phone and internet access if needed.

Getting There
BY CAR -From The South -Take the F3 Freeway from Sydney and travel North. At the roundabout at the end of the freeway turn right and Follow the signs "Hexham and the Pacific Highway". The road veers right and merges with the New England Highway. Enter the left lane and look for the sign "Taree and Pacific Hwy.",
which will direct you over the Hexham Bridge. After crossing the bridge, you are on the Pacific Hwy. heading North. Continue on along the Pacific Hwy. until you come to a roundabout.
Take the Raymond Terrace Bypass. Look for the sign "Next Exit Richardson Rd / Nelson Bay".
The Exit is about 1 km further on and will take you to a roundabout. Turn right and follow the signs to Nelson Bay. At the third major roundabout, Salt Ash, The turnoff to Lemon Tree Passage is clearly marked on your left hand side. Turn left and you are now on the Tilligerry Peninsula. Continue on through Salt ash and you will pass the turnoff to Oyster Cove on the Left hand side. Continue on for an additional 10km. Tanilba Bay is the first major town you will come into. Follow the main road further on and you will pass Mallabula and continue on to Lemon Tree Passage, when you see the Lemon Tree Passage sign turn first right and then we are the first and only house on the left in the street, Oyster Farm Road. From The North - Travel through Karuah and continue along the Pacific Highway. Take the Richardson Rd Exit and at the roundabout off the exit turn left and follow the signs to Nelson Bay. At the third major roundabout, Salt Ash, The turnoff to Lemon Tree Passage is clearly marked on your left hand side. Turn left and you are now on the Tilligerry Peninsula. Continue on through Salt ash and you will pass the turnoff to Oyster Cove on the Left hand side. Continue on for an additional 10km. Tanilba Bay is the first major town you will come into. Follow the main road further on and you will pass Mallabula and continue on to Lemon Tree Passage when you see the sign Welcolm to lemon tree passage you take the first turning on the right, OYSTER FARM ROAD
