The "Largs" was originally built in 1882 as a seaside resort and was the first port of call for many passengers aboard the ships from England looking to start a new life in Adelaide. While our extensive facelift has given form to a new level of extravagance, the Largs Pier Hotel maintains its original grandeur and old-world character. Revitalising the hotel's heyday of the 1920s, you'll be transported back to a time when life was fast, indulgent and enjoyed with rare vigour.

Our Hotel suites and rooms put you in the lap of luxury - without the price tag. At the top of the magnificent grand staircase (no lift), our hotel rooms offer more than you might expect. Our Motel rooms are located in the 'new wing' of the Hotel where the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. You can even have a view of the ocean (subject to availability). Whether you're travelling on business, a quiet night away or with a large family, the Largs Pier Motel provides the perfect rest-stop.

To add to our Accommodation the Largs Pier welcomes you with comfortable surroundings, friendly service and quality food. Whether it be in our Pier Restaurant, Largs Bar or our new decking and protective glass adorned veranda, we will ensure you will enjoy the sea view and relaxation over a great meal, cold beer or glass of wine.

Meals served 7 days a week. Open for breakfast 6.30am - 11am, Lunch 12 - 3pm and Dinner 6 - 9pm. Meals are served all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Our Gaming room has 32 of the latest poker machines and the Largs Pier Bottleshop (Sip'N'Save) was the first drive through Bottleshop in SA and has a browse in wine shop and weekly specials.

Check in 2pm. Check out 10am.
Reception is open from 6.30am til 6pm Monday to Saturday and 6.30am till 3pm Sunday. All after hours check ins are through the Gaming Room. No check ins after midnight.

All guests will be required to present a valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex or Diners) and photo identification at time of check in. If you wish to use a Visa or MasterCard debit card we will process a $200.00 pre-authorisation at time a check in for room security.

Getting There
Just 20 minutes from Adelaide Airport.
Two blocks away from Largs Bay railway station - trip from Adelaide takes appox 20 minutes . Public buses run along Military Rd - a block away from the Hotel. Or drive your car straight down Grand Junction Road until you hit the beach and drive along the Esplanade until you see the hotel on your right. (Opposite the Largs Bay Jetty).
