Overview
Lakeview Motor Inn is situated across the road from Lake Macquarie at Belmont(some rooms with lake views) Newcastle CBD is approx 20mins from us, the Hunter Valley winery region only 3/4 hour drive from our doorstep. The motel comprises of 17 rooms - 10 standard, 3 deluxe, 3 deluxe spa and 1 family deluxe. Our lovely deluxe rooms are 4star AAA accredited with 2 rooms having balconies and water views. We have one deluxe spa room (4 star) with balcony set up for the romantic at heart for that special night away. 2 remaining spa rooms (4star) have extra single beds so can accommodate a family of four comfortably. All our deluxe/spa deluxe rooms are equipped with small kitchenette areas.
Our large deluxe Family room(4star AAA rated) has a queen bed and 3 single beds - ideal for the larger family.
Our standard rooms (3.5 star AAA accredited) are set up with a queen bed & single bed. Microwave and tea/coffee facilities are available in room. All rooms have ensuite bathroom, TV and dvd player.
On site we have a guest laundry, inground pool and barbeque area. Across the road is Lake Macquarie which has free electric bbqs and children's play area. Close to boat ramp for the fishing enthuasists with small tinnies and 5min drive to Swansea boat ramp for those with larger boats.
All our rooms are Non Smoking.
Ideally situated close to shops,clubs, pubs, Seafood restaurant, Italian restaurant, business centres, Surf beaches, Belmont Golf Course, Hunter Valley wineries, hospitals and local funeral parlors we are able to offer the perfect room for our guests whether visiting for work or pleasure.
Breakfasts are available 7 days a week and homestyle dinners Monday to Thursday.

Getting There
Travelling north from Sydney on the F3 take the Budgewoi/Charlestown/Swansea exit and travel north on the Pacfic Highway to us in Belmont South. After you have passed through Swansea, continue until the the third set of lights(lake on your left side) as you come through these lights you will see our motel on the right side of the road. Turn right into the road before us (Robert Street) first left and you will see the rear entrance to the property. Drive up the gate and it will automatically slide open. Continue up the driveway to the reception at the front of the motel.

Travelling south on the Pacific Highway turn at Hexham and follow the signs for Charlestown then Belmont.
If you are using a GPS could you please put the address in as 1 Robert Street as they sometimes dont recognise our street number. Robert St is the entry street to our back entrance.

Parking Info
We offer off-street and some under cover parking.
We also have a rear entrance if you miss the driveway, take your first left then left again. We request that only one vehicle per room park on the premises.
