School Leavers, unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period mid November to mid December each year. If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, your booking will be cancelled and NO refund will be given.

Getting There
From Brisbane Airport: Get onto the Gateway Motorway and continue until you see the Pacific Motorway Exit (approximately 30 minutes). Take the Pacific Motorway Exit and drive down the Pacific Motorway until Exit 71 (approximately 60 minutes). Take Exit 71 for Nerang Broadbeach Road and follow the road until you come to a large roundabout. Turn left at this roundabout, which will take you into Gooding Drive. Continue heading east on Gooding Drive, which will turn into Nerang Broadbeach Road again. Continue east on Nerang Broadbeach Road towards the city skyline, until you reach the intersection of Nerang Broadbeach Road and the Gold Coast Highway (approximately 10 minutes). Cross straight over the Gold Coast Highway and you will be on Margaret Avenue. Go straight through the first roundabout, and turn left at the second round about onto Old Burleigh Road. Travel north on Old Burleigh Road - you will cross Queensland Avenue (remaining on Old Burleigh Road) until you see La Grande Apartments on your right.
From Coolangatta Airport: Drive north on the Gold Coast Highway up to Broadbeach. Turn right into Margaret Avenue (Pacific Fair will be on your left hand side here). Go straight through the first roundabout, and turn left at the second round about onto Old Burleigh Road. Travel north on Old Burleigh Road - you will cross Queensland Avenue (remaining on Old Burleigh Road) until you see La Grande Apartments on your right.
By train from Brisbane Airport: Take Airtrain from International or Domestic Terminal direct to Nerang Station. Disembark at Nerang Station, where you can either take a taxi or bus (connecting at the station) to La Grande Apartments. For a bus, take Bus Route 775 from Nerang Station which will then stop at the Gold Coast Convention Center. It is then less than a 5 minute taxi ride to La Grande Apartments. However, for ease amd comfort if you are taking the train, we recommend continuing your journey with a taxi to arrive more directly at La Grande.
