L'Alta Vista is a fabulous getaway location nestled on 128 acres within the Perth Hills, just 20mins drive from Perth Domestic and International Airport terminals, and close to the famed Swan Valley wine region.



The property provides guests with continental breakfast or self-catering options, supplied with the finest of local produce. Units are stylishly furnished and include a king size bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, Foxtel and Wi-Fi access. Guests can venture to the rear of their unit and be met with a stunning large indoor heated spa and lap pool.

L’Alta Vista provides ample facilities for guests to enjoy and experience during their stay, and as guest rooms are limited most of the time you will have them available for private use. Such facilities include an 8-10 person sauna, a well appointed gym room and a floodlit tennis court.

The property is home to some of its friendly resident guests including Alpacas, Poitou donkeys, a Clydesdale horse, sheep and chickens. We welcome guests to view our animals, however interaction should be limited, with owners approval.
