Kubba Roonga Guesthouse, built in 1915, is a beautiful heritage guesthouse set in English gardens. With 7 guest rooms all with ensuite bathrooms and five with spa baths, 2 large lounge areas with open fires and a lovely breakfast room, Kubba Roonga is the perfect place to escape and experience old world guesthouse charm amongst the magic of the Blue Mountains.

Kubba Roonga is located a pleasant 10 minute walk from the restaurants and cafes of Blackheath Village and a 5 minute walk into the World Heritage Blue Mountains National Park where you can enjoy the best of the Blue Mountains. Experience the peaceful tranquility of a stay at the guesthouse, go for a bushwalk in pristine Australian bush or wander around some of the many local lovely English gardens. Why not build up an appetite with a round of golf at one of the many golf courses close by? Perhaps sample the cuisine at some of Blackheath's fine eateries or simply laze around the open fire at the guesthouse.

Kubba Roonga provides 2 guest lounge areas where you can relax by the fires, read the newspapers, enjoy the guest library, or indulge in lazy board games while enjoying a glass of your favourite wine. The lounge areas are in keeping with the period and are full of character furniture including big comfy chairs to relax.

The dining room hosts a delicious freshly cooked to order full english breakfast each morning with special treats such as local sour dough bread, home made jams and free range eggs.

Getting There
Kubba Roonga is situated in the beautiful town of Blackheath, which is a comfortable 2 hour drive west of Sydney (approx 120km) in the Blue Mountains. Blackheath can also be reached by train from Sydney and Kubba Roonga is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Guest pick up and drop off can be arranged, and Taxi's are also available.

At Blackheath, turn right at the lights from the Highway into Govetts Leap Road (the main street in Blackheath), continue along and take the 4th street on the right - Boreas Street and Brentwood Avenue is the 1st street on the left. Kubba Roonga will be visible after you turn into Brentwood Avenue.
