At out main location we offer 16 comfortable, stylish rooms, only three blocks from the main street, with easy walking distance to shops, clubs & beaches. All recently renovated and our Deluxe Class rooms have been recently built. All of our rooms feature ground floor access, verandahs, parking at your door or undercover parking, licensed room service and mini bar, complimentary high speed wireless broadband internet access, open access big screen plasma TV's with Austar, air conditioning, queen sized beds, microwave ovens, toasters, tea and coffee making facilities, alarm clock radios and hair dryers upon request. Our Family Class rooms also have a full sized kitchen. Our property has a 12 metre heated in ground pool (open 24 hours a day), two BBQ areas and Guest Laundry facilities. DVD, BluRay, Laptop PC's and video game consoles are available for hire. We also have Continental Breakfast Baskets available at very economical prices.
Our Koala Tree Apartments, in a separate location just a block and a half from the main street and very close to Town Beach provides a clean, quiet and economical 3 1/2 star-level accommodation close to everything the heart of Port Macquarie has to offer. Newly renovated full sized kitchens, polished hardwood floors, comfy leather lounges, open access 106cm Plasma TV's, air conditioned and with laundry facilities. All units can accommodate up to 7 people in various configurations consisting of queen, double, single and double fold-out beds. DVD, BluRay and video game consoles are available for hire.
The Koala Tree River House is a beautifully renovated two bedroom house near Settlement Point, offering the peace and tranquility of a bushland setting yet only being a four minute drive from the main street of town and two minutes to Settlement City Shopping Centre and the Port Macquarie Panthers Club. This location offers a large lounge room with an open access 106cm plasma TV, DVD player, laundry, a full sized kitchen, BBQ facilities and air conditioning. A great place for fishing or to get away from it all, this secluded location has only one other house within 300m, a welcome contrast from busy city life.
The Koala Tree Beach House is a two storey, four bedroom house, right across the road from beautiful pet friendly Nobby's Beach with ocean views. Within a short walking distance to Flynns Beach, restaurants, shops and children's playground. It features air conditioning, a full sized kitchen with dishwasher, a large lounge and entertaining area (with 130cm plasma TV, BluRay player with a Pioneer home theatre system), dining room area, a second 106cm plasma TV in downstairs bedroom, laundry facilities, two bathrooms and separate shower, large two car remote controlled lockup garage with internal access and can sleep up to twelve guests in comfort.

Getting There
From Sydney take the first Port Macquarie exit onto the Oxley Highway. From Brisbane take the second Port Macquarie exit (onto Oxley Highway). Once upon the Oxley Highway, continue on past the second set of traffic lights, approximately 50m. There are two blue 'Motel Entry' signs on the left hand side of the road approaching our driveway's entry. Complimentary pick-up from Port Macquarie Airport or Bus Transit Termianl, available upon request.
