Overview
The Jumbuck Motor Inn has 16 ground floor units rated 3½ star. We have a 2 bedroom unit as well as family rooms, doubles or singles are available. Covered parking for your convenience and all rooms have queen size beds. It is the motel with the big heart in the heart of Tenterfield. The rooms are quiet as all windows are double glazed. We cater for evening meals. Tenterfield is known as the birth place of the nation. Situated on the New England Highway between Glen Innes and Stanthorpe and only 3 hours drive from Brisbane. There are many national parks which offer great walks and our famous granite rock known as Bald Rock, which is a great climb. There are also a fine selection of wineries nearby. Tenterfield is the birth place of Peter Allen and the Tenterfield Saddler. In autumn the streets are ablaze with colour making a spectacular site.
