Cheryl and Kim have gone the extra mile to make your personalised stay at Jenatt at Salamanca a home away from home. Large 105 square metre executive 2 bedroom apartments - one level and lift accessed - with garden courtyard or balcony in the beautiful Salamanca Mews beside Salamanca Place and St David's Park. Additional little extras include free broadband wifi and onsite secure underground parking with lift access to your apartment, Tivoli stereo with iphone/ipod dock, breakfast cereals, MAP pod coffee and many others.
We are literally a stones throw (50 metres) from Salamanca Place. The restaurants, alfresco dining and ferries abound. Wander from the front door into Salamanca Market and the docks and ferries to Mona and Peppermint Bay. Fantastic location as you can see by the map and photos.
This is boutique accommodation. You are in a luxury residential complex and we do not have front reception. Please provide mobile contact details at time of booking and Cheryl or Kim will arrange personalised access with meet and greet. Please note that we take a security bond pre-authorisation of $300 on your credit card at time of check-in.
Apartments are open plan; either the garden courtyard or the balcony. All have two bedroom, one spacious bathroom, shower over bath (grab rail fitted). Secure lift access and no stairs to climb! Full laundry including powders in each apartment.
The Garden apartment has two bedrooms, one with queen bed in Tasmanian Oak. Second bedroom can be configured as a king bed or two king singles. Fold away single also available.
The Balcony apartment is also 2 bedroom with a king bed or two king single beds in each room. Fold away single also available.
Maximum sleep for each apartment is five people and one infant (free) in the Babybjorn portacot. Luxury bed linen and toiletries. Portacot and High Chair on request - free.
Living and dining areas furnished in Tasmanian timbers and Italian leather lounge suites. 40 inch LED TV and DVD player. Free selection of DVD's available for use. Some board games also for family time.
Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Tea and Coffee (MAP pod coffee machine) and a selection of breakfast cereals.
We provide a room refresh service for bookings exceeding three nights unless other arrangements are made. For lengthy stays the apartment is fully serviced after every 7 days stay.
Gym and pool facilities available on site at $18 pp per day at your own cost paid to the gym.

Airport shuttle bus, requesting drop off at Salamanca Inn (which is opposite Salamanca Mews) per person $16, return $28.
Driving: In Hobart City, on Davey Street travel past the Grand Chancellor on your right and the docks on your left. Turn left into Salamanca Place just before St David's Park. Travel down Salamanca place and at the roundabout go right into Gladstone Street. Salamanca Mews car entrance is located 50 metres up the street, on the right, just past the Medical Clinic, key access only. Pedestrian access is via the Salamanca Mews forecourt, key access only. Key collection is a must prior to entry.
**Please note Salamanca Market operates each Saturday causing the closure of Salamanca Place, until 5.30pm. On a Saturday continue along Davey Street, alongside St David's Park and turn left into Sandy Bay Road at the traffic lights, then take the first left into Gladstone Street, continue down Gladstone Street (past the half street barriers). You will see the pedestrian access and car park access to the Mews on your left. The car park entrance is just before the Medical Clinic.
Free secure underground car parking for one car is provided beneath the complex with lift access to the unit. Plenty of off street parking available but meters do apply.
