Overview
Bawley Point is located a comfortable three hour drive from Sydney through the tourist towns of Kiama and Berry and a two hour drive from Canberra through Bungendore and historic Braidwood. Situated on the mid south coast of NSW, in peak season Bawley Point is popular tourist destination, but in the off season it reverts to a quiet coastal village. Tucked between National Parks to the west and fringed by the sparkling Pacific Ocean to the east it is ideal destination to enjoy a memorable break from everyday life. Kangaroos and wallabies provide their own delight as they frequent the areas surrounding the cottages.

Interludes at Bawley's five, architecturally designed luxury cottages are positioned to take advantage of a north easterly aspect, affording ocean glimpses from their tastefully furnished living areas with large sliding doors opening onto the sheltered outdoor living areas.

The cottages are fully self contained, air conditioned with comfortable modern furniture, TV, DVD player. Kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher,large fridge and convection/microwave oven and basic necessities.

The spacious bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds - the ultimate in luxury - and are covered with freshly laundered bed linen awaiting guests' arrival. The full length curtains afford total privacy and cover the sliding doors which provide access to the outdoor entertaining area.

The generous sized bathrooms have quality fittings and large fluffy towels to dry on after a refreshing shower or spa. Hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Each cottage is equipped with laundry facilities and a fully automatic washing machine.

Interludes has two two bedroom cottages, two one bedroom cottages with spa bath and a one bedroom cottge without a spa.

Our three bedroom cottage is an older construction and was the original main residence on the property. Three sides of the house have wide verandahs with outdoor furniture and a large gas BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with a 900mm gas cooktop and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery & glasswear.

The living area is spacious and comfortable affording excellent ocean views as you enjoy the antics of our native birds as they come to feed.

Each of the three bedrooms has qs bed, private facilities, clock radio, hairdryer, toiletries.

The local area provides safe swimming and surfing beaches, body boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, horseriding, bush and beach walks, whale & dolphin cruises. Local wineries produce excellent wines and local artist's galleries shouldn't be missed.

Bawley Point is a pleasant drive to the historic villages of Milton and Mogo and the Mogo Zoo is well worth a visit. For those who need a little retail therapy, Batemans Bay and Ulladulla are within a half hour drive. Pigeon House Mountain is another destination within easy driving distance for those who are a little more energetic as are walks in the nearby National Parks.

Getting There
By car travel east off the Princes Highway at Termeil along the Bawley Point Road. Road terminates in a T intersection at Murramarang Drive. Turn right. Proceed along this road for 1.5kms until you see Forster Drive on your right.
Turn here and continue for approx 1km to the entry to Interludes at Bawley's driveway. 100m along the drive take the right hand fork in the road to the reception area to complete a registration form.

Transborder provides a bus service from Canberra, Premier Motor Services operates between Sydney and Melbourne stopping at Termeil, Pryors Bus Service offers transport via the Kangaroo Valley, Bowral and Parramatta to Sydney. We are happy to meet buses.

The nearest rail is at Nowra and the nearest airport is approx 40 minutes away at Moruya.
