HYDE PARK INN REFURBISHMENT PROGRAMME 2011/2012

Dear Guests,

We are pleased and excited to announce that from 31st of January 2011 we will commence a programme of works which will provide significant improvements to all our rooms and guest services

These Four Projects are
1. Bathroom Refurbishment
2. New Hot Water Supply
3. Sound Proofing to all Deluxe Rooms
4. Installation of Optic Fibre to provide better internet and entertainment to all rooms

The majority of the works will not involve loud construction works but some noise will occur only on some days. This noise will be limited to specific times during the day to minimise guest disruption.

We believe these works will offer an even better level of comfort and enjoyment for our guests into the future.

A business centre is available to all guests and includes computers for personal or business use with broadband internet access. A daily fee of $5.50 will apply to use these facilities(from 7am-11pm.)

The Hyde Park Forum is an all new state of the art Conference and Meeting Centre on Level ONE of the hotel. These meeting rooms are perfect for small to medium size meeetings and feature built in AV & IT equipment including data projection, teleconferencing and videoconferencing units. Two meeting rooms and an Executive Boardroom with exhibition/trade show space available. All rooms face Hyde Park and feature abundant natural light.

INTERNET USAGE Supplied by Movielink- Laptop Connect

Each room has a MODEM set top box and Ethernet cable available and guests are able to connect to the internet by simply plugging a laptop in and launching your preferred Web Browser and you will be redirected to the login page.

Guests can choose between the hourly, daily, weekly and monthly payment options

Getting There
Located on Elizabeth Street between the cross-streets of Bathurst & Liverpool.

Approx 12 km north of the Sydney Domestic & International airports.
Shuttle buses are available from the arrivals area and cost approx $14 per person.
The train service will cost approx $17.00 per person - please alight at Museum Station opposite the Hyde Park Inn.
Taxis are also readily available from the airport.

Parking Info
The Hyde Park Inn provides complimentary parking for hotel guests(one car space per booking) Car parking MUST be pre-booked - please make a note in the "comments" section of your booking (Car keys MUST be left at reception desk at all times)

Please note we have limited onsite parking spaces on site, if the hotel car parking is already fully booked we offer complimentary offsite parking (2-3 min walk away).

Height restrictions of 1.9m apply -if your vehicle is higher than 1.9m please contact the hotel to discuss possible alternative arrangements.

During busy periods we may need to re-direct you to our off-site car park - only a short walk from the hotel. A complimentary pre-paid voucher (valid for unlimited entries & exits) will be supplied if this arrangement is necessary. More information will provided at time of check-in.
