Business Facilities
Hunter Valley Hotel Academy features conference rooms that can accommodate up to 150 people with function and banquet room available for 300 theatre style. Our facilities are designed for a range of small to medium events including conferences, training workshops, seminars, corporate meetings and weddings.

Conference rooms are air-conditioned and have abundant natural light; audio/visual equipment is integrated into the rooms with electronic whiteboards, data projectors, laptops and wireless microphones.

Getting There
When travelling along the F3 from Sydney take exit Freemans Drive to merge onto Freemans Drive towards Kurri Kurri/Cessnock.

Go through one roundabout, continue onto Leggetts Lane, turn right onto Railway St, at roundabout take the first exit onto Victoria St, go straight through roundabout and then at the roundabout, take the third exit onto Northcote St, at the roundabout, take the first exit onto McLeod Rd.

Williamtown Airport – 40km
Head south-east towards Williamtown Drive, Turn left onto Williamtown Drive, Turn right onto Slades Rd,Take the 1st left on to Sandeman St, Turn right onto Nelson Bay Rd, At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Cabbage Tree Rd, Take the National Route 1 ramp to Maitland/Sydney, Turn right onto New England Hwy, Slight left onto John Renshaw Drive, 12. Keep right at the fork
Go through 4 roundabouts, take the 3rd exit onto Northcote St, At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto McLeod Rd

Closest train station - High Street 16km
Head west on Les Darcy Drive towards Louth Park Road, At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Cessnock Rd, Turn right onto Stanford St, Turn left onto Deakin St, Take the 1st left on to Saxton St.

Buses run every hour from Maitland however they do not stop at the Hotel Academy.
