The Hotel Bar is the perfect location to unwind after your conference or business meeting. Open from 4pm Monday to Saturday the bar is located on the ground floor to the left of reception. Offering a large range of local beers on tap, local wines and your favourite cocktail, the Hotel Bar is the ideal pre-dinner location.

Our expansive convention facilities incorporating the Albert Hall Convention Centre, offers diversity to host up to 1900 delegates at the combined venues and our on-site event management team will enable your event to flow seamlessly.

Getting There
Knowledgeable reception staff will help you with hire cars, tours, transfers or booking services. The airport is 15-20 minutes away by car. The Airport Shuttle Bus provides a service to and from the airport. There is a direct line in house for taxi services, as well as an in-house Avis car hire service.

From the airport take the southern outlet (A1) towards Launceston. Follow the signs to the City Centre via Bathurst Street and turn right under the bridge into Cimitiere Street. Turn right at second traffic light and then left into Cameron Street at first traffic light. The Hotel Grand Chancellor is located at 29 Cameron Street.
