Headland Beach Resort is situated on Australia’s east coast, northern New South Wales in the picturesque seaside village of Lennox Head on the Pacific Coast Touring Route 15 minutes south of Byron Bay. Headland Beach Resort has a range of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom self-contained apartments – many boasting large balconies with fantastic ocean views and private spas. Throughout the year there are music and cultural festivals of all different kinds. And each weekend we have country markets with a great range of local crafts and fun things to do. The Northern Rivers region of NSW also boasts more artists in our area than anywhere else in Australia outside of the capital cities. Many of these artists and crafts people have studios you can visit to see the artists at work.
For peace and tranquility you can go for a wonderful rainforest walk in one of our World Heritage listed National Parks or visit our marine park sanctuary. As well there are tourist attractions which the whole family will enjoy like a river cruise on the Richmond River or a visit to Thursday Plantation, Macamdamia Castle and Crystal Castle. There are also a range of sporting activities nearby including golfing, fishing (beach, river & ocean), diving, snorkelling, hang-gliding, surfing, windsurfing sailing, kayaking, horse riding and 4-wheel driving.

Getting There
An easy to find turn-off at Ross Lane from the Pacific Highway (Highway One) between Ballina and Byron Bay, sign-posted "Lennox Head". From Ballina take the spectacular Angels Beach Drive / Coast Road to Byron Bay which passes through Lennox Head and offers magnificent views of sweeping surf beaches, rocky headlands and lush rainforests. Transfers available from regional air and coach terminals and by arrangement from Brisbane International Airport (cost applies). 15 mins Byron Bay; 10 mins Ballina/Byron Airport; 55 mins Gold Coast International Airport; 2 hours Brisbane; 9 hours Sydney.
