Overview
Habitat Apartments offers fully furnished apartments in the heart of downtown Melbourne. Each apartment includes full kitchen and laundry facilities, plus an open-plan living area with sofa, LCD TV and DVD player.

Ethihad Stadium and Crown Casino Complex are both a 5 minute drive from Habitat Apartments Melbourne. It is less than a 10 minute walk to Flinders Street Station.

We have two locations at Habitiat Apartments:

Strand 250 E Apartments - 250 Elizabeth St Melbourne nearest corner Lonsdale ST PLEASE note we need a set time in advance during business hours to meet you in person
QV Apartments - 22 Jane Bell Lane, Melbourne. Corner of Russell st or Lt Lonsdale Streets. The QV Apartments are access via Jane Bell Lane which is in the QV complex. Please meet outside 22 Jane Bell Lane Melbourne at your agreed check in time which must be in business hours / days.
Check in usually 2pm check out strictly 10am

The one or two bedroom apartments are well elevated above the QV complex so they have views and quiet due to elevation and quality double glazed windows. An impressive heated 45th level pool and gym will keep you inspired during your stay too!

Essentially your apartment has everything you need in a temporary home with the support of our concierge service as required. Your level of service and add ons are determined by you so you are paying for what you want when you want it!

Business Facilities
The apartments are ideally suited to the business traveller. We specialise in corporate travel accommodation and relocating people and families. Parking is $20 per day booked in advance only. Security deposits apply $500 we need a valid credit card to be pre approved at time of booking.

Getting There
250 E Apartments located at 250 Elizabeth St meet outside the apartments.

QV Apartments are located at 22 Jane Bell Lane Melbourne nearest corner Russell St and Lonsdale St. Please meet outisde 22 Jane Bell Lane Melbourne at your agreed check in time.

For both locations please state your preferred check in time and also your mobile number when making your booking.

Arrivals only possible mon - fri 9-5pm

Parking Info
