For after hours check in, please contact hotel prior to arrival. All guests must produce Photo ID and a valid credit card upon arrival - if no credit card is available, a $300 cash deposit bond will be required.
No unaccompanied minors (under 21 years of age) will be allowed to check in for safety and security reasons.
Grosvenor Beachfront apartments is situated between Cavill Ave & Elkhorn Ave opposite the beach. Walking distance to all shopping, dining and entertainment areas in Surfers Paradise.
All our units are very spacious & fully self contained. A 2 bedroom unit has ensuite to master bedroom and 2nd bathroom with full laundry facilities. Each unit has a balcony with a fabulous view of the sandy beach and ocean out front.
The Grosvenor has very strict credit card policy. All guests must be 18 & show ID and personal credit card on arrival. We reserve the right of refusal if conditions are not met. We are a very family friendly complex.
No hens, bucks,21st & 18th partys accepted Schoolies Week 2010: Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have the adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period 19th November 2011 to 3rd December 2011. If you choose to still book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, your booking will be cancelled, NO refund will be given.Please be advised that effective immediately for all bookings the following information applies to Grosvenor Beachfront Apartments.

Getting There
From Coolangatta Airport take the main highway north to Surfers Paradise. As you approach Surfers Paradise turn right into Elkhorn Ave heading towards the beach. Turn right into The Esplanade about 50 metres on the right you will see Grosvenor Beachfront Apartments.
