When booking a queen room, the room can either be a Queen Bed or a King Zip Bed (Run of House which means that the Hotel will allocate bedding configuration whatever is available on that day either Queen Bed or Zip King Bed which are 2 single beds pushed together then zipped) If you require a Queen Bed, please inform reception and we will try our best to room move you to another room the following day if there is available queen bed (no guarantee). No refunds or any compensation given if not happy with Zip King Bed.

Very Limited undercover parking spots (subject to availability, with a 1.8 height restriction); however, first in - best dressed policy applies (Vehicles are parked at owner's risk. Hotel assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage to your vehicle or items stolen in your vehicle). Costs $35 per night (valid till check out time - 10am. Hourly Casual rates apply as an addition after 10am check out if car still not vacated parking spot). Hotel parking entrance is located on 201 Thomas Street, Haymarket (close proximity to Paddys Market). If the hotel parking is unavailable, there are security car parks nearby.
