Offering 21 Deluxe rooms in our 3 ½ star section, these modern, beautifully appointed rooms feature all of the usual modern motel features along with reverse-cycle air con/heating, remote control TVs, STD dial phones, Foxtel, large contemporary ensuite bathrooms, lots of natural lighting through the floor to ceiling windows which also offers views of the open countryside.

We also offer 16 Standard rooms in our 2 ½ star section, still with all the modern motel features, but perfectly suited for the budget conscious. Both sections have non smoking rooms available.

Given our central location, The Gateway Motel is ideally situated for both corporate trade, being less than 10mins from the booming business areas of Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Norwest, Riverstone & Windsor, and for the people with leisure in mind, we are just a few minutes from glorious national parks, shopping centres, historical townships, some of the best golf courses the area has to offer and the beautiful Hawkesbury River with its vast array of water activities.

Also on our complex is The Vineyard Hotel and Billy’s Bistro. With 5 modern bars, TAB facilities, gaming lounge & pool tables the Vineyard Hotel makes a friendly place to gather with collegues, family and friends. Conveniently located in Vineyard Hotel is Silky’s Function room, the perfect place for Christmas parties, Weddings, Corporate functions, sporting presentations, product launches – anything.

Billy’s is open 7 days & nights & offers a hearty brasserie style menu with daily market fresh blackboard specials. Perfect for an intimate dinner, a corporate business lunch or a family get together.

Business Facilities
Silky’s function room is a convenient venue, perfectly situated on acreage in a hotel not far from your office. At Silky’s we can cater for corporate functions, training courses, presentations, product launches and meetings for numbers from 10 to 120 people or in a more informal setting up to 160 people.

Silky’s features a stage area, with built-in projector, microphones, piped music, on-site catering and Silky’s bar for larger corporate events.

For those larger corporate events we can open up the Silky’s function room and the Garden Courtyard area (and if required, 2 bars) for a maximum of 400 people. Or for a larger event, a marquee on our acreage at the rear of Silky’s function area can be arranged.

Whether for a more intimate staff event, or for trade shows/product launches the management and staff of The Vineyard Hotel will help you make your event a successful one.

Getting There
Located on the corner of Windsor & Boundary Roads Vineyard, we are situated on the left hand side as you enter from Windsor (7km from city centre) or on the right hand side heading in from Sydney (45km from city centre) or Parramatta (24km from city centre). Entrance is off Boundary Road.

By train, catch the train to Riverstone station & then a short taxi ride to the motel.

Ample off street parking is available directly in front of your room. Closed circuit cameras for added security in some sections. Large parking spaces available for trucks, buses or coaches.
