Overview
The Ballina FUN'N'SUN is a 3.5 STAR self rated motel in west Ballina (1km from the new southern end bypass island) . We can offer units to suit all tastes and budgets from a standard motel unit right upto 2 bedroom semi self contained units.

All 17 units are ground floor and are set right back from highway. All are air conditioned with quality Queen sized Beds and Foxtel/free to air TV (LCD TVs) as standard. Several of our units are 2 bedroomed with various bedding configurations and ALL of these come with kichenettes (no stove) and lounge areas.

All of our units face out onto our spacious landscaped grounds via glass sliding doors, with ALL units having there own induvidual picnic table/seating. We also have a large and deep (1.7M) saltwater pool central to the motel and there`s also a free BBQ.

In all, the motel is set on 2 acres, so not only is there enough room to park your all cars (undercover) next to your units but there is enough space to park larger vehicles such as trailers, boats, coaches etc.

We serve breakfasts and a varied range of evening meals to your units, as well as providing a guest laundry (small fee)

We are within easy walking distance to Northern Rivers Seafood Shop,Thai restarant,Dan Murphys, Tavern and small shopping centre.

Getting There
We are located in WEST BALLINA ( for GPS....type in "sunset avenue",20m away OR these numbers...S28.8634220 // E153.5382497 )If you are traveling north from Sydney we are 500m further on from the "Big Prawn",on the same side of the road "you can not miss it"!!!.
If you are heading south from Brisbane ,you need to take the second Ballina turning and we are 2km down the road on the left hand side (500M from the big prawn).

Parking Info
Parking is undercover next to each room.Plus additional parking for larger vehicals such as trailers,boats and coaches.
