We are also located only a 3 minute walk from the Seven day Coles Supermarket, great for buying and preparing what you want, when you want.

We cater for the Corporate Traveller, providing High speed Internet access in all rooms (which can be made made wireless) Wireless Internet in our Cafe and Conference room. Even if it's only for one night, Apartment accommodation is the most comfortable and cost effective solution.

Also for the Corporate Traveller, we are walking distance to Adelaide Convention Centre, Waymouth Street, Grenfell Street, Currie Street, King William Street and Pirie Street.

Car Parking must be pre booked and will now be guaranteed ( extra cost $15/night)

Same day bookings must be made before 9.30pm

A valid credit card must be supplied at check in to cover incidental charges incurred (we may hold up to $500) Photo ID must also be supplied at checkin. A copy is retained by us. We have a strict no party policy and any guests that do not comply, may have their booking cancelled. Bookings may not be accepted that have been made locally or with the intention of having a party, get together, etc. Franklin Central Apartments reserves the right to cancel your booking if it is deemed that the apartment occupants may violate this policy.

Getting There
On the corner of Franklin and Bentham streets in Adelaide's CBD. One block from Victoria Square, just behind the GPO.

Directions from airport:

Follow the main road out of the airport car park until Sir Donald Bradman Drive.
Turn right and drive towards city centre, where you will come to West Terrace, turn left at West terrace and then first right at Franklin Street, we are located at number 36 on the left hand side, past the Central bus station.

Taxi: Around $20.00- $25.00

Parking Info
There is limited under cover car parking in the secure basement car park at a cost of $15.00 per day. Guests are issued with a remote to come and go as they please. Parking must be pre booked to ensure you are guaranteed a park.
Alternate car parking is available at several local multi-level car parks within minutes of the apartments, a discounted price has been arranged for our guests at some locations.
