The Emerald sits only a 7-8 minute walk from the heart of Surfers Paradise - Cleanliness is paramount -

Round Spa's off master bedrooms and second ensuite off the second bedroom -

All units have the mattress protectors washed after each guest leaves - we have some units already available with child safety locks on sliding doors and on push out windows, eventually having all with the child safety locks placed in all units so mums and dads can really rest and enjoy their holiday as well.

Managers Glenda & Paul live on site & are there 24 hrs a day if you should need a doctor or even just more blankets, nothing is a problem for us, we treat people the way we like to be treated ourselves.

Our check in time is 2.30 and our check out time is now 10.30am but if no one is booked into that unit on that day than we don't mind if you check out a little later, we do not charge, this is because we know what it is like to have to make sure that you are up and have the children organised by 10.30am and sometimes things just don't happen that way.

If your plane is leaving at a later time, just call us and we will work out something for you, rather than you having to walk around lost for hours, WHY! Because we genuinly care.We do not charge you for our security parking,we want your car to be parked and remain safe during your stay, and we encourage our guests to walk around and see the beautiful sights by foot and walk to the beach which is just a few minutes away.

Our Heated pool runs on around 34 at this time of year, and has a beautiful blue light in it, as you lay in it of a night, you have the lights of the Gold Coast wrapped around you.

The views from one of your 3 balconies are spectacular, they give you practicly a 360 degree view of the Gold Coast & hinterland.

By the river, you can sit on the balconies and watch all the action on the water, or enjoy a beautiful BBQ in our European style BBQ area.

There are 2 BBQ area's to choose from, and an ajoining large garden for the kids to play or you to just lay in and read in quiet, away from the noise.

We can accommodate for weddings here. Only walking distance away from so many differnt restuarants, choose whatever you feel like, or be daring and let your taste buds loose and try a different cuisine every night. You can find a variety of restaurants within walking distance from The Emerald.

Or you can also try your hand at fishing off our wharf for your own tea.

Just go down and feed the fish and the birds, bring your jet ski and tie it up to our wharf, or bring your boat. There is also boat hire just a few metres down the road.

The Emerald is wonderful for its privacy, as there are only 2 units per floor, this is great for 2 families travelling together, or a wedding, hens nights, bucks nights, whatever the case, there is no reason for anyone else to even enter your floor. That is why it is great for business conferences, call up today and whatever your situation, holiday - wedding- conference whatever it is we can work it out with you, and you will be so thrilled that you have stayed with us at The Emerald.

We will only be too happy to help you with whatever it is that you need and ensure you have that special holiday that you deserve.

Foyer has a computer cafe. Off the large pool is a wadding pool for the children. Tea Coffee making facilities, shampoo & conditioner & soap are left on each bed with there own towel,hairdryer in all .

Units are owned individually, so they are designed differently, some have finished being updated some in the middle and some waitng to start but whatever the case, all units are very proffessionally cleaned, this is our highest responsibility.

Our goal is to gradually add things here and update the units and have things that you can also enjoy doing, it just takes time.

Getting There
30 minute drive from Gold Coast Airport. Taxi charges are approx $35. Transfers can also be booked through reception. For the ultimate in luxury we can also arrange for a chauffeur-driven Limousine to pick you up and deliver you to the Emerald.

Brisbane Airport is 60 minute drive. Trains depart from Brisbane domestic and international airport to Robina or Nerang. Taxi's are available from there. Transfers may also be booked through reception.
