Eden by the Bay - Luxury beachfront holiday apartments, overlooking beautiful Scarness Beach foreshore and parkland. It is located in a great position on the Esplanade in the heart of a thriving cosmopolitan environment.
The beach is just 20m away!

Eden by the Bay has 21 spacious fully self-contained apartments offering pure style and comfort. The latest design in furniture compliments the neutral palette décor. The one and two bedroom apartments have spa baths, reverse cycle air conditioning, wireless internet, and full kitchen and laundry facilities.

Relax, chill out and enjoy the heated swimming pool, spa and sauna or allow us to book a tour for you to Fraser or Lady Elliot Islands, Whale Watching, Sunset and Dinner Cruises, Offshore Fishing etc.

Corporate guests welcome. Hotel rooms with tea and coffee making facilities available. (No spa bath in hotel rooms).

Getting There
Driving: Hervey Bay is a comfortable 3.5 hour drive north of Brisbane, 265km from Brisbane Airport and 2.5 hour drive from the Sunshine Coast. Travel north on the Bruce Highway and exit at Maryborough.
Driving south, Hervey Bay is a 4 hour drive from Rockhampton on the Bruce Highway, exit at Howard/Torbanlea.
Flying: Fraser Coast Airport is the local airport at Hervey Bay. Qantas and Virgin Blue Airlines operate direct jet services from Sydney and Brisbane. A Hervey Bay Shuttles coach meets each flight. We can pre-book a transfer to our accommodation for you on either the shuttle or a limousine.
Train: Queensland Rail’s Tilt Train offers fast, comfortable travel south to Brisbane and north to Cairns, stopping at Maryborough West Rail Station for a link to Hervey Bay. A Trainlink coach provides a transfer to and from our accommodation.
Coach: Suntours and Greyhound operate several coach transfers to and from Brisbane daily.
