Overview
East on Byron, nestled amongst the peaceful and secluded surrounds of Belongil Beach, is perfectly positioned - only a short walk - 15min into the heart of Byron Bay, but far enough away to be the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

26 stunningly appointed villas, exuding luxury, are set in the most secluded of settings. Two acres of naturally landscaped grounds create a tranquil paradise and frame a curving, heated billabong-style pool and spa.

Each accommodation style features state of the art furnishings and self contained open plan living and dining. Polished timber floors feature through-out, along with reverse cycle air conditioning, large televisions including plasma and flat screen, high quality entertainment systems, laundry, outdoor BBQ and dining area,together with a fully equipped modern kitchen.

All Beach Houses and Villas are located only 50 metres from the beautiful white sand of Belongil Beach - where you can take a brief 800-metre stroll along the beach (tide-permitting)into central Byron Bay.

Getting There
Air: Coolangatta (Gold Coast) or Ballina
Approximately 45 minute drive from Coolangatta or 25 minutes from Ballina. Transfers from the airport to our door can be arranged.

By Road:
From Pacific Highway, take the Byron Bay exit and travel along Ewingsdale Road for approx. 3kms. You will pass a BP service station on your left, after this take the 3rd left (opposite the Caltex petrol station) into Kendall Street. Follow the road around over the railway line where it becomes Childe Street. East on Byron driveway entrance is situated just before the Treehouse Restaurant on the left.
From Byron township, head out of town (towards Pacific H'way) along Shirley Street until you see the Caltex petrol station on your left. Turn into Kendall Street and follow directions as above.

Parking Info
Secure off street parking is provided free of charge. Villas have a single lock-up garage whilst Beach Houses/Byron Villa have a carport.
