Docklands Executive Apartments are fully self contained residences. We offer executive style apartments for both the corporate and leisure traveller. Our well appointed apartments have all the space and comfort of your own home within only minutes away from the city centre. Easy 3 minute walk to Etihad Stadium, close to New Quay waterside restaurants, Crown Casino, Melbourne Convention Centre, Australian Tax Office, DFO shopping and CBD. We are situated between Collins and Bourke Streets Docklands.
Our quality self catering apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms with an open-plan spacious living, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
All of our apartments have their own private balcony, large flat screen TV, Foxtel, DVD, Ipod dock, quality European cooking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, full sized fridge, reverse cycle air-conditioning (including bedrooms), washing machine and dryer. Secure undercover parking is also available.
On the ground level there are several restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, an IGA supermarket, liquor store, hairdresser, beautician, masseur, nail technician and also walking distance to the local Woolworth's supermarket.
Access to the free City Circle Tram which leaves every 6 minutes right outside your door.
Docklands Executive Apartments do not have a reception desk they provide a 24 hour personal on-site host who will meet you on arrival. You will be personally escorted to your apartment and every effort is made to ensure you are comfortable. Your host is available 24 hours a day and will attend immediately to any of your concerns.
When you arrive in Melbourne it is essential that you contact them on the number you'll receive in your confirmation email after booking and confirm your arrival time.
The on site Manager will be waiting for you at the apartment complex with the keys to your apartment.
If you are arriving early we can look after your bags in our office while the apartment is being cleaned.
Terms & Conditions
Guests are required to present a valid credit card (not debit card) and photo ID/passport upon check-in. The authorised signatory for the credit card must be a registered guest and be present at check-in.
IMPORTANT: The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the enquiry. Guests who are unable to meet these check-in requirements will not be granted access to the apartments.
The credit card will be pre-authorised and will be held as a security deposit. Please note that a 3.05% surcharge applies for payments made with an American Express credit card.
This property has a STRICT 'no noise' policy, and unauthorised parties, group gatherings and functions are strictly prohibited. Those who breach this policy and any other guidelines provided at check-in will be unable to continue their stay.
All apartments are non-smoking.
The apartments are serviced weekly for stays of 7 days and longer. Additional servicing is available upon request at an extra charge. Additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit where extra cleaning is required on departure.

The most convenient way to get to Docklands is by taxi, for a cost of about $50AUD one way. The trip will take about 25 minutes.
The Starbus Airport Shuttle www.starbus.net.au or www.jetbus.com.au will transfer you direct from Melbourne Airport to the apartment complex. PLEASE NOTE that the trip can take from 15 minutes up to an hour, depending on which route the driver takes.
The Skybus will take you from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station, from there it is about a 10 minute walk to the apartment complex. To make a booking please visit their website at www.skybus.com.au.
