Cowes Caravan Park is located "Right On The Beach", of the Cowes foreshore offering a full range of accommodation - Beach View, Executive, Deluxe and Standard ensuite cabins, Powered & Unpowered sites. Centrally located to all attractions, only 10 minutes by car to Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks, Grand Prix. Circuit and famous surf beaches. Also, being only 1 km from Cowes, a leisurely stroll can be taken along the beach to the many restaurants & cafes.
It is the perfect family holiday location, with sparkling shallows providing endless entertainment for younger family members swimming, wind surfing, sail boarding, small yachts and shore based fishing. Moorings available if required. The unique aspect of this beach is its warm north facing aspect, rarely found in the world. The park is situated on 10 acres of beautifully maintained parkland, with tall shade trees, flat grassed sites, some drive through and most with a view of the water. We also have a well equipped camp kitchen, recreation hall(open Fire), playground, excellent amenities, babies bathroom, disable facility and laundry. Bedding Hire(fee), Wireless internet(fee), local Tourist Information, Photocopying(fee): Kiosk with Ice, Gas exchange, STD/ISD payphone.

To ensure your stay is a pleasant one, please note the following rules & conditions you need to abide by: There are no refunds on cancellations or transfers for on-line bookings. You must be over 18 yrs to make a booking. Where the payment is made via Credit Card, the Credit Card holder must produce proof of card ownership and identification on arrival.
Pets are not allowed with Cabin bookings.
The booking is restricted to the number of occupants booked on-line and one vehicle. All extra people, cars, trailers, boats must be pre-booked with the Cowes Caravan Park, and fees apply. Accommodation & sites are to be left clean; cabins left in a dirty state and or damaged will result in the occupier paying for the cost or cleaning and or repairing damage.
Excessive noise, Illegal, offensive & disorderly behaviour is not tolerated and offending occupants will be asked to leave the park.
Management take no responsibility for theft or damage of your property, personnel possessions are your responsibility and are left at your own risk.

Getting There
From Melbourne follow the M1 until the Sth Gippsland hwy. Follow the signs to Phillip Island. Once over the bridge head continue 16km to Cowes. then Turn LEFT at the 3rd roundabout into Church Street in Cowes. Cowes Caravan Park is located at 164 Church Street, 1km on the right hand side.
