Overview
Coverdales B & B at Eumundi is a newly completed, purpose designed home on one and a half acres of rural countryside amid pockets of rainforest. Access is via sealed road, with no through traffic to disturb your stay.

We are situated just off Sunrise Road, connecting the Hinterland areas of Cooroy and Eumundi with Tewantin on the Noosa River and Noosa on the Coast. For those with business on the Sunshine Coast, it provides a pleasant alternative to the bustle of Noosa and Maroochydore.

Coverdales is a long building with the guest rooms on the eastern end and our personal quarters on the western end.

All our guest rooms open up onto the 100ft verandah through French doors. This allows comfort whatever the weather, with views down over the property.

All 4 rooms are identical in layout, each with an ensuite that is disability friendly. Our rooms also feature air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge, TV and DVD player and king size beds. We rate our home at 4? stars. No pets allowed. Civilised children welcome. NO SMOKING in the rooms. No stilettos on our polished floors please.NO COOKING in the Room. Guest cooking facilities are not available.

Breakfast is offered at our dining table. Our kitchen is BRAND NEW [of course]. Dinner may be offered by arrangement.

Our water is from our tanks. It is filtered and UV sterilised to all outlets. Your hosts are friendly and flexible [within reason] and endeavour to make your stay at Coverdales positive and pleasant. Calm and quietness are our aim for your quality experience.

Business Facilities
FAX and ADSL2. Good local cell phone reception. The prestigious and private setting of Coverdales allows for the hosting of small, intimate meetings, conferences and get-togethers. Proximity to the airport and good private transport to our door are another feature.

Getting There
FROM THE SOUTH---Arriving by motor vehicle, from the South , it is best to travel via the Bruce Highway, exiting at the southern EUMUNDI EXIT. Proceed into Eumundi Village and continue to the northern end, taking the RIGHT turn towards Noosa. Pass the school on your right and turn LEFT down along Eumundi Range Road. Travel 3km. After crossing the Rail Bridge and negotiating the 180 turn, go SHARP RIGHT into Sunrise Rd. Drive a further 1km and you are at the top of Jocelyn Drive (take in the great view).At this point--Sunrise Road is widened to provide a safe turn to the RIGHT into--and DOWN--Jocelyn Drive. Turn RIGHT and go 1km down the hill [ Do NOT turn left into Whispering Gum Drive ]. A further 300 metres and you are now at Coverdales on the LEFT.

Coming from Noosa or Maroochydore [via Noosa Civic], you get on to the Eumundi Noosa Road, drive towards Eumundi [west]. Turn RIGHT into Lenehans Lane. Continue about 4km to the intersection with Wust Rd [HALT SIGN]. Turn RIGHT into Wust Rd. Drive 3km to the T intersection with Sunrise Rd, just after the top of the hill. Continue west, along what is now Sunrise Rd [Sunrise Rd goes through a 90 degree turn to Tewantin---north]. Continue towards Eumundi Range Rd [west] for 5km. Turn LEFT down Jocelyn Drive, for 1km and on your LEFT you will see Coverdales.

FROM THE NORTH---Travel along the Bruce Highway--past Cooroy---4 Km--the northern Eumundi Exit is on the LEFT. Travel to the roundabout---go SOUTH along Memorial Drive to Eumundi---about 3 Km. You arrive at the Y intersection at the north end of the village. Turn SHARP left --then at the School -- turn Left down EUMUNDI RANGE RD--3Km--to the Sunrise Road turn RIGHT --1m Km to Jocelyn Rd -- turn RIGHT down the hill--1 Km to Coverdales on the LEFT--[ this last bit is the same as for those arriving from the South ]

Parking Info
Off-street parking is provided for four vehicles on the sealed area at the lower end [80 metres from the Jocelyn Drive entrance] of our asphalt driveway. You may unload/load by stopping briefly at the upper parking area.
