The Cottonwood Motor Inn has 31 fully furnished units and apartments, reverse cycle air-conditioned rooms that are all located on the ground level.

We are located in the scenic town of Mildura, on the beautiful Murray River offering accommodation and an a la carte restaurant.

Getting There
Cottonwood Motor Inn is located at 326 Deakin Ave Mildura between 14th St and 15th St. On the right coming from Adelaide and Melbourne and on the left from Sydney.

We are 10 minutes drive from the Mildura Airport and 5 minutes drive from Bus terminals

From Mildura Airport, head west on Alan Mathews Drive towards Nineteenth St/Walnut Ave, turn left onto Nineteenth St/Walnut Ave, continue to follow Walnut Ave for approx 3km. Turn right onto Calder Hwy/A79, take the first left on to Sturt Hwy/National Highway A20, go through one roundabout for approx 4km, turn right onto Fourteenth St, then left onto Logan Ave and left again onto Burrows St. Take the first left on to Deakin Ave/Sturt Hwy/National Highway A20, the destination will be on the left.
