A short walk to the Illawarra cycleway or Corrimal beach where you can stroll along the beach, surf, fish or just sunbake. For golfing or bowling enthusiasts, there 10 eighteen hole golf courses and 10 bowling rinks within 30 minutes drive. We are close to many fine restaurants, renown gardens, and picturesque beaches. Board a train to exciting Sydney or visit the Southern Highlands.

Illawarra coastline has more than 17 magnificent surfing beaches, most of which are patrolled by lifesavers during the summer months. These beaches stretch from Lake Illawarra in the south to Bulli Beach in the north, and there are many secluded beaches in the Royal National Park, which offers riverside picnics, clifftop heathland walks, fantastic surfing beaches, rainforest mountain bike tracks, and great bushwalking. Wollongong has a huge array of activities and great facilities for all kinds of recreational pursuits. In addition to swimming and surfing there is snorkeling, scuba diving and spearfishing with many dive centres providing gear and lessons. The sheltered waters of Lake Illawarra are ideal for sailing, kayaking, canoeing, kite surfing near the mouth, fishing, windsurfing and waterskiing. The fishing in Wollongong is superb with excellent facilities and a wide variety of types and locations to choose from - beach, surf, rock, lake, estuary and near shore and offshore boat fishing.

Getting There
Drive south along the F6 from Sydney to the bottom of Mt Ousley and exit the expressway by continuing straight ahead in an easterly direction to northgate round about. Turn left to northern suburb of Corrimal.
Or take the Grand Pacific Drive south to Corrimal.
Train: Sydney Central to Corrimal Railway Station then only 3 short blocks to #56 D.
