Overview
We offer great beach location. Only minutes away from coolum centre. Affordable Motel Accommodation with Ensuite, air-conditioning, T.V and Austar, Bar Fridge, Tea and coffee making and some rooms have a small private balcony and of course we have our BUDGET rooms that have a queen bed, tea and coffee making, TV, pedestal fan with shared bathroom amenities. We are a short stroll across the road and through National Park to beautiful Coolum Beach, which boasts swimming, fishing, surfing and walking. Our property is also within flat walking distance to restaurants, clubs etc, or if you wish we have a fully equiped kitchen and BBQ area for all to use.

Our rooms do not cater for children.

Business Facilities
Our property is unique in the fact that we can offer different styles of accommodation, for those who like quality accommodation at a more than reasonable price down to the very budget minded. We can offer rooms with queen or twin beds (sleeps 2 per room) ensuites, bar fridge, air conditioning, TV, Austar, Tea and Coffee making facilities. For the budget minded there are also queen beds with tea and coffee making and TV BUT WITH SHARED TOILETS AND SHOWERS. We also have a fully equipped COMMUNAL kitchen, BBQ area and swimming pool, there is no undercover parking but we do have a secure key lock up entry to the property for peace of mind.

Getting There
Take the Yandina turnoff to Coolum Beach, upon reaching Coolum (approx. 14k) turn left at traffic lights and continue down and we are 7 blocks down on your left, then look for the sign that say's Coolum Beach Budget Accommodation on the
Corner of David Low Way & Ann Street. Office hours are 8.30am to 5pm. After hours check in to contact us for instructions on the number provided on the booking confirmation.

Parking Info
Both off street LIMITED and on street parking is available We do not offer secure parking.
