Luxurious purpose built bed and breakfast in a quiet tree lined avenue with a choice of king size or queen size suites all with ensuite bathrooms. Most have a garden courtyard. Indulge your senses with our beautiful range of L?Occitane toiletries and our quality towels and linen. Our rates include a gourmet continental breakfast along with free onsite parking and free internet access during your stay.

We are just 10 minutes from the City Centre and 20 minutes from the Airport and Fremantle and well served by public transport if you do not have a car. Close to McDougall Park and Lake, Curtin University as well as Penrhos, Wesley and Aquinas Colleges, Burswood Convention Centre and Technology Park in Bentley.

Business Facilities
All rooms have both WiFi and hardwired internet access which is provided free of charge. We also provide a guest computer and printer in the lounge area for those all important boarding passes. Fax and scanning facilities are also available by request.

Getting There
From the Domestic or International Airport, it is best to get a taxi at an approximate cost of AU$35. Please note the spelling of our street name is PHILP Avenue, Como

If coming from the Domestic Terminal, turn left out of the airport on to Great Eastern Highway following the signs for the City. After passing Burswood International complex which is on your right, keep in the right hand lane and follow the signs for Canning Highway/Fremantle. After about 7 or 8km, turn left when you see the sign for Manning Road. Once on Manning Road, take a left hand turn at the first traffic lights into Ley Street and the first left again into Philp Avenue. We are the last house on the left at number 3.

If coming from the International Terminal turn right out of the airport on to Tonkin Highway and left at lights which is Leach Highway. Continue on Leach Highway until the third set of traffic lights at Manning Road intersection and turn right. Keep on Manning Road for approximately 10km and turn right at the lights into Ley Street. Immediately turn the first left into Philp Avenue and we are the last house on the left at number 3.
