This quiet location is the perfect place to base yourself for a very special beach experience. We have made it very special indeed as we definitely have NO facilities for any children.
Four of our Villas have two bedrooms with quality Queen Beds and a shared ensuite bathroom, ideal to share with fellow travellers. Our well appointed living areas with their rear decks and front verandas allow ample room for comfort.
Our romantic deluxe Honeymoon Suite with its private deck and spa bath will make you feel like you are in your own private lover’s nest. Plan your special day as you gaze at the Angourie coastline in the distance and dream of the coming gentle relaxed hours you will spend with someone special.

Clubyamba's Boathouse is ideally located on the majestic “Mighty” Clarence River, providing uninterrupted panoramic river views. The Boathouse, a luxurious two storey townhouse apartment, offers superior accommodation for discerning couples looking for a romantic getaway. Yet only a short stroll to everything Yamba (voted "Australias Best Town to Live" 2009) has to offer.
The ground floor hosts the master bedroom complete with Queen Bed, LCD Television, DVD & CD player. The terracotta tiled patio adjacent to the master bedroom provides a beautiful outdoor area complete with its own large 2 person spa.
The second level has a comfortable modern lounge with Plasma Television, DVD & CD player, dining area and a beautiful Gourmet Kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances. From the lounge step out onto a beautiful deck complete with BBQ and panoramic views over the Clarence River.

Getting There
Yamba is located 300 kilometres south of Brisbane and 680 kilometres north of Sydney. Two hours by Pacific Highway south of Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta, 1 hour south of Byron Bay and half way between Ballina and Grafton. Yamba-Ballina Airport Shuttle will transfer guests from all local airports (Brisbane, Coolangatta, Ballina, Grafton and Coffs Harbour) directly to Clubyamba.
The township of Yamba is 45 kilometres north of Grafton and approx 100 kilometres south of Ballina. A short scenic drive off the Pacific Highway and near the Scottish township of Maclean. Following the signs to Yamba on Yamba Road, through to the Main Street (Yamba St), turn right when you reach the intersection. Drive through the Main Street (Yamba St) up over the rise and on the left hand side is Henson Lane access for Villas 1-4 (One Way Lane). Access to Clubyamba is on the right hand side just three doors up and is well sign posted. REMEMBER HENSON LANE IS ONE WAY and runs from Yamba St to Clarence St > (ALWAYS TURN RIGHT as you leave CLUBYAMBA so you will be going THE RIGHT WAY up the ONE WAY Street, VERY IMPORTANT for your SAFETY) Villas 5-6 turn left into Church St off Yamba St. For the Boathouse turn left at the Police Station into Bent St opposite the Bowls Club. There is a daily bus service from Sydney to Yamba.
Parking Info
One park per villa is available, safe parking within close distance of your villa. Units 5 & 6 have undercover parking directly in front of your villa and are located in Church Street, whilst parks for Villas 1-4 are located off Henson Lane, in the Clubyamba carpark. The Boathouse is located on a different site to the Clubyamba Villas and parking for the BOATHOUSE is at 1B Bent St Yamba and you have your own Carport just outside the front door.
