Overview
Clonmara Cottages & Tearoom is located in Port Fairy, on the corner of Albert Road and the Princes Highway, just a four minute drive or a fifteen minute walk to the centre of town.
Clonmara offers a choice of six self-contained or Bed & Breakfast cottages. The cottages are set apart from each other and nestled in delightful cottage gardens that overlook grassy paddocks with our own pet alpacas happily grazing.
We can offer you a choice of either the four Clonmara 4½ Star air conditioned cottages or the two lovely neighbouring Cherry Plum Cottages that are rated at 3½ Stars.
Clonmara has an on-site English style Tearoom and Giftshop in our original circa 1855 stone cottage. We serve breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea to our in-house guests and the general public.
The Clonmara Tearoom is open from 9am to 4.30pm Tuesdays thru Sundays.

Getting There
We are just over three hours drive from Melbourne via the Princes Highway or approximately seven hours from Adelaide.
Clonmara is located at 106 princes Highway, Port Fairy, 1½km inside the 60km zone on the Melbourne side of Port Fairy, on the corner of Albert Road.
If approaching from Portland, Mt Gambier, Hamilton or Adelaide, we are located on the left side approximately 1km after going past the town centre turning sign.
Look for the Clonmara Tearoom hanging teapot sign.
