Clarence River Bed & Breakfast is a fabulous new Bed & Breakfast, just 18km/20mins northwest of Grafton offering a water-sport heaven, a private getaway for couples, or an ideal location for small groups of up to 10 people. With loads of activities to keep you occupied, hammocks to relax in, and home-cooked country style meals available, you don't need to leave the resort at all.

Stay in one of five beautiful rooms, tastefully decorated with local timbers, all with ensuites, and with private balconies overlooking the Clarence River and gorgeous landscaped gardens. One ground level room is suitable for the disabled.

The Clarence is the best river in NSW for water-sports - long, wide, deep & glassy. Seelands has become the ultimate holiday destination for waterskiiers and wakeboarders. Bring your boat and enjoy an idyllic holiday at an affordable price.

Tariff includes fully cooked breakfast. Lunch or dinner or room service can be arranged at your request.

All B&B rooms are equipped with queen bed, electric blankets, hair dryer, ensuite bathroom with bath (4 rooms only), tea/coffee making facilities, reverse cycle air con, ceiling fan, TV, VCR, DVD, CD, clock radio, fridge with hot & cold filtered water dispenser, bathrobes, 4 have private balconies.

Getting There
Travelling west from Grafton 6km on the Gwydir Highway turn right into Rogans Bridge Road, about 6km along turn right into Seelands Hall Road, and about 6km further, just off the bitumen, veer right into Riverstone Road. We are straight ahead with the black post & rail fence.

If arriving by train, bus or air we can arrange complimentary pick up and drop off.
