Reception hours strictly 8am to 9pm. A call out fee of $50 will be charged outside these hours.
The property and rooms have magnetic card access. Check in times are 3pm to 9pm any late arrivals must be pre arranged by contacting the Motel. Outside these times without pre arrangement a call out fee will apply.
A Photo ID will be scanned and recorded for ALL guests checking in. If you hold a noisy party in your room you will be asked to leave! Some guests like to sleep!
A Pre-Authorisation on your credit card or a cash deposit of $100 to $300 will be required on check-in in order to ensure good behaviour.
Security Car Parking by arrangement only - ring the motel - fee applies.
All units are surrounded by a tropical setting in the heart of Fortitude Valley with a heated SPA and BBQ area. Car Parking is limited so please check on weekends and busy periods.

We are only minutes from the CBD, and only walking distance from most Brisbane nightclubs, Chinatown, RNA Show Grounds and the Royal Brisbane Hospital. Restaurants, pubs and clubs are also within easy walking distance.

Getting There
We are located at 39-55 Brunswick St Fortitude Valley, between Water St and Gregory Tce. Halfway between Chinatown and the Royal Brisbane Hospital and RNA Showgrounds.
Coming from the airport, take the train direct to Brunswick St Station then walk up the street for 10 minutes.
Driving north, cross the Storey Bridge follow the traffic and the motel is 1 km on the left.
Driving South stay on the highway, we are on the right just before Storey Bridge.

Security Parking is $15/night one car only and subject to availability, 10 spaces only, please ring to book or put in comments section please. There are 6 free spaces at the front of the motel.
