Overview
Stylish four star 2 bedroom self-contained cottages set in the tranquillity of 27 acres clustered in the bushland of Khappinghat National Park, Chiltern Lodge is set in the beautiful Manning Valley on the Mid North Coast.
Each cottage sleeps up to six people and are thoughtfully set up as a home away from home. Cosy wood fired heaters and air conditioning make it a great venue all year round. We are a small resort with big facilities – swimming pool, heated spa, recreation room and beautiful gardens and tracks for walking and bike riding.
All this, and we are just a short seven minute drive to pristine beaches and the seaside village of Old Bar.

Getting There
Chiltern Lodge Country Retreat is only 2 hours drive north of Newcastle (or 1 hour south of Port Macquarie). Take the Taree/Old Bar exit from the Pacific Highway and follow the Old Bar signage. Metz Road is on the right exactly 5½ km further on. We have a large blue and white Chiltern Lodge sign on the left hand side at the junction. Chiltern Lodge is 1km along Metz Road on the left.
Parking Info
There is a carspace at the rear of each cottage or undercover parking in the carport across the drive from cottage #4 (Blue Gum Cottage).
