Welcome from Mike and Annette of Chelsea Motor Inn and beautiful Coffs Harbour. Located in the heart of Coffs city we are only a stroll to the mall, opposite the Ex-Services Club and local dining. Should you be heading for the beach we are a comfortable 5 minute drive to the main beaches.

Whether you are travelling to Coffs Harbour for business or pleasure you can be assured of a great welcome, a great time, and a warm and friendly country service at the Chelsea Motor Inn.

We offer a range of accommodation choices for your convenience - spa room, single rooms, doubles, twin rooms, triples, and a range of family rooms. We also have a disabled room.

Parking is free. Ample onsite parking, some rooms have parking outside your room. We can cater for vans, trailers, small trucks, and buses on-site. There is on street parking for larger vehicles adjacent to the motel.

We offer the option of cooked breakfast or continental breakfast seven days per week. For dinner we have a charge back arrangement with some local restaurants.

We have BBQ facilites on site or if you prefer you can go across the road to the park and use their BBQ, where the kids can run free or kick a ball or take a swim at the local Memorial swimming pool.

We are situated on a section of the Pacific highway called Grafton Street. For guests using a GPS please contact us as often the directions from you GPS will direct you elsewhere. See "Getting There" below for detailed directions.

Coffs Harbour has lots of attactions to keep you busy such as; beaches, the Big Banana, Carobana, The Butterfly House, Dolphin Magic and the Clog Barn to name just a few. Coffs is also a great base for day trips to the Bellinger and Nambucca Valleys, beautiful Sawtell and the Dorrigo National Park on Waterfall Way, or the continental villages around Woolgoolga.

Reception hours are 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday.
If arriving after closing time please call us so we can make sure that the little things are taken care of, like a light turned on, fresh milk in the fridge and the air conditioner or heater turned on in your room to welcome you.

Arriving by bus, train or plane? Give us a call to make arrangements for us to come and pick you up.

Getting There
We are easy to find right in the heart of the city, opposite the Ex Services Club.
We are situated on a section of the Pacific Highway called Grafton Street. For guests using a GPS unit please call us prior to your arrival as these units often direct you elsewhere if your maps are a touch out of date).

If arriving from the North we are on your right, as you are unable to turn right into the motel travel to the next set of lights at Harbour Drive, turn right, do a U turn at the roundabout, come back to the highway and turn left heading North, we are immediately after Dan Murphy's.

If arriving from the South, after the cross roads of Harbour Drive and the Pacific Highway we are just before the next set of lights on your left straight after Dan Murphy's.
