Located high on Mt Shadforth, on 32 areas, with breathtaking views of Wilson Inlet, The Southern Ocean, all the valleys and tall tree's. Situated only 3 kms from the beautiful town of Denmark, and a short drive to magnificent beaches, 22(!)boutique wineries, arts, crafts people,cafes, & restaurants.

Our luxury 1 & 2 bedroom chalets comfortably sleep 2 to 4 people. Each chalet is stand alone,with modern self contained kitchen, teak dining suit,leather lounge, polished timber floor throughout, generous flat screen LCD TV, video & DVD player, with over 300 titles of in house movies to borrow from,Gas room heating, electric blankets, big fluffy doona's & bath robes!

Candle light and bubbles set the mood for Romance, perfect for a secluded honeymoon, or just for sharing with the one you love.
Wander through our lovely gardens, pick your own seasonal fruit, vegetables & herbs from our orchard & veggie patch, and watch the local bird & wild life at play. Floor to ceiling windows & a wraparound veranda give you panoramic views over some of the most picturesque countryside on the southern coast....simply stunning.

Getting There
Most guests make a 4.5 hour drive from Perth down Albany highway, passing through many small country towns, turn right at the big round-about just before Mt Barker & follow the signs for the final leg into Denmark. Turn right onto the South Coast Highway, over our Denmark River & bridge, taking the 2nd turn on your right hand side, (this is Mt Shadforth Rd-you will see the IGA supermarket as you turn!!)we are 3klms up the hill on the left hand side. SkyWest fly to Albany on a daily basis, hire cars are available from the airport for the short 40 minute drive to Denmark. We will email all of these directions for you to print out for the drive, or please don't hesitate to call the retreat if you need any help at all
