Overview
Cadman Apartments is a AAA rated four star property built in 2009 and consisting of six spacious one and two bedroom apartments.
We are just an eight minute walk to the CBD and a five minute walk to Shopping World. We are situated close to restaurants, clubs, amenities and all that Tamworth has to offer. All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking and please note that a cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged for smoking in an apartment.
Our apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, including an oven, cook top, microwave, full size fridge and a dishwasher. Our apartments also feature a washing machine/dryer and the bathrooms are complete with a bath and separate shower. The lounge/dining area of our apartments feature two lounges, TV with AUSTAR, CD/DVD player and a radio. Each apartment boasts ducted air conditioning throughout, and fans in the bedrooms.
Our complex features two BBQ areas, one with a large grassed area where children can play safely. Our pool area has a shade cloth and plenty of room.

Getting There
Cadman Apartments are located opposite Gipp Street Sports Ground, on the south side of Tamworth Peel River. If you’re driving from Sydney, do not take the bypass, drive straight through to Ebsworth Street instead. If you’re driving from Armidale, drive to the first set of traffic lights, turn left through the town over the Peel River, turn left at the next set of traffic lights and you will find us opposite Gipps Street Sports Grounds on the right after approximately 200m. We are situated approximately 1km from the Railway Station and a 10 minute drive from the airport.

Two car spaces are available for guests outside each apartment, as well as other on-site parking.
