Overview
All apartments are available for families & couples, with a "NO PARTY" policy. GROUPS NOT ACCEPTED.

Our Butter Factory apartments have been newly converted from Byrons historic Butter Factory, & offer spacious two and three bedroom apartments with plenty of room for the whole family. The complex has secure parking, and for family entertainment an outdoor courtyard area for BBQs & also a pool.

Other apartments are available in a variety of locations central to Byron shopping village & main beach, these are Bay Royal, Jades on Lawson, Sea Breeze & Terrace Apartments.

Check out by: 10:00 am

Business Facilities
We cater for most business requirements within our reception office, with complimentary fax, phone and copying facilities. A WiFi broadband service is also available throughout the complex, serviced by the Jimojo hotspot network.

Getting There
Arriving by plane Byron is approximately 30 minutes from Ballina Airport and 45 minutes from Gold Coast Airport. Airport shuttle busses meet most flights, and there is a selection of taxis' or limos available.

If driving, Byron is approximately two hours from Brisbane.

Jonson Street is the main road through Byron Bay. You will find us at number 140.
