Overview
Byron Bay YHA Backpackers Hostel is centrally located, only one block off the main street of Byron and 400m from the beach.
The large, comfortable common areas and kitchen overlook a solar heated swimming pool and BBQ.
The hostel has both dorm backpacker rooms and twin/double rooms with fans.
There are large decks with bean bags and hammocks to relax on, and hostel surfboards and body boards are available.
Backpackers can store their backpacks securely in the hostel security locker.
We have a 4 Star YHA and AAA rating.
WiFi access is available throughout the building and Internet Cafe.

Getting There
Train: 200 metres to station. Daily XPT train to/from Sydney and Brisbane.
Bus: 150 metres to stop. Daily services to/from Sydney and Brisbane.
Plane: 34km to Ballina Airport or 95km to Coolangatta Airport.
Walking from the bus station: the hostel is about 150 metres from the stop. Walk towards Woolworths and turn left onto Carlyle Street. We're on the next left hand corner.
