Situated overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean, the Welcome Inn Motel has your choice of rooms & function facilities. We offer rooms from comfortable budget style through our superb Ocean Front Spa Rooms. Our Standard Kitchenette rooms are fully equipped wth Microwave & Fry pan. We can also cater for the workers by offering packed Lunches & Breakfast packs for those early starters.

Please note the Ocean View Restaurant is temporarily closed for dinner until further notice. However we do offer a room service option from Mojo's Restaurant. Choose what you would like from the menu provided in the rooms, place the order with our reception staff & the meal
will be delivered within 45 minutes of ordering. Mojo’s is a popular local eatery just minutes away on Victoria Street. The Hungry Hollow Tavern which is approximately 600m down the road is the closest venue which offers Breakfast (selected days), Lunch & Dinner or take the short walk in to town & choose from one of the many fantastic restaurants. Feel free to ask our reception staff for recommendations, maps & further information regarding Bunbury & what it has to offer.

Getting There
Coming from Perth by car on the new Forrest Highway: When reaching the first roundabout into Bunbury turn right onto Koombana Drive, it takes you past the Mangroves & Dolphin Discovery Centre. When reaching the roundabout with tall sculptures continue straight onto Clifton Street. At the end of the street turn left onto Ocean Drive & follow the beach – it brings you straight to us. We are on the corner of Ocean Drive and Baldock Streets.
