Booking conditions: A credit card authorisation of $150 or a $150 cash surety/deposit will be required on check-in to cover incidentals. Incidentals are settled on check-out, unused cash surety is refunded upon departure of the motel.

The Broadwater Motel is located at 101 Frank Street (Gold Coast Highway), opposite Hunter Avenue, Labrador.

From:
- Coolangatta Airport north 21km, 30 minutes by taxi/car.
- Brisbane International Airport south 80km, 60 minutes by taxi/car.
- Coach service operates from Brisbane and Coolangatta airports to the motel.
- Train service operates from Brisbane International Airport to Helensvale Train Station. Connecting bus available.

* Travelling from the north, use EXIT 62 off M1 (start of Gold Coast Highway) at the Broadwater turn right towards Southport/Surfers Paradise, Broadwater Motel - approx 1km on left.

* Travelling from the south, proceed along Gold Coast Highway past Australia Fair Shopping Centre for approx 2km - Broadwater Motel on right.
