Overview
Black Gold Country Cabins & Motel has been operating since 1995 when the old school was transformed into a very spacious accommodation facility. Black Gold boasts two 4 bedroom cabins, three 3 bedroom cabins and seventeen motel units. Cabins have full kitchen and bathroom facilities with washing machine. The very stylish motel units all have a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. There are also two BBQ facilities available. Black Gold Country Cabins & Motel is a three and half star establishment. A real country feel, close to all local attractions such as Zig Zag Railway, Jenolan Caves, Mt Piper and Wallerawang Power Stations.

Getting There
We are a 10-15 minute drive west of Lithgow on the Great Western Highway. Exit Left onto Castlereagh Highway 10km from Lithgow and after 5km turn left into Main Street, Wallerawang.
The Closest railway station is on Main Street in Lithgow. Buses to Wallerawang are also in Lithgow from the railway station - approximate travel time is 10-15 minutes from Lithgow to Wallerawang.
