The bus will be dispatched as soon as possible, unfortunately we are not able to prearrange
pickups due to Melbourne Airport restrictions.



» If you have arrived on a Virgin, International or Tiger Airways flight, please cross over the road at the pedestrian crossing, turn right and walk to and wait under Bus Zone 1 until our courtesy shuttle bus arrives to pick you up.

» If you have arrived on a Jetstar or Qantas flight, please cross over the road at the pedestrian crossing, turn left and walk to and wait under Bus Zone 6 until our courtesy shuttle bus arrives to pick you up.

These are the only places that the bus is authorised to stop to pick you up. We suggest that you use the courtesy bus rather than queue up for a taxi as the taxi drivers don’t always appreciate the small distance fare....

Getting There
We provide courtesy transfers to and from the Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. Once you have arrived at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and have collected all your luggage please give us a call on the number in your confirmation email after booking or at the telephones at the tourist information centre and we will then send our courtesy shuttle bus to pick you up.

If you are driving in from the airport you need to take the Mickleham Road exit and turn left. After passing the large roundabout, turn right at the second set of traffic lights and follow the road signage.
