The rate charged is for Self contained short-term rental accordingly this rate has not allow for cleaning. All cleaning products, vacuum, mop, broom etc and guidelines are provided to ensure quality of cleaning or pay a Optional base cleaning fee $30 & $50.

A security deposit (bond) of for the villas $330 & $440 for the Huskisson house is required by supplying your credit card number to the villas management via phone. Once management has verified your credit card a Key code will be issued for access to your Property. This ensure there is no waiting around at check in and you can spend more time enjoying your holiday. Late check-in is fine.

"The Bella Villas" are located in Vincentia, Jervis Bay

"THE HUSKIISON STUDIO" is located in BERRY STREET, HUSKISSON. Fully self contained 1 bedroom holiday house. The rate is for a couple in a 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom & lounger/dinning room self contained house or for a optional fee 3 spacious bedrooms, open study, 2 bathrooms, front lounge/dinning room, fully equipped kitchen & large back rumpus room with big TV.

The rate is based on a couple for 1 bedroom self contained house we do not allow more then 2 people in the studio. Extra fees apply.

Please bring your own bed and bath linen.(towels and sheets) personal items, shampoo, food etc.

Quilts & pillows are supplied.
Guests unable to bring bed linen please arrange in advance. Bed linen can be hired for $15 per bed.

Coles(Bi-Lo) supermarket is open late every night for any supplies.

We understand some guest don't want to clean on holidays and some guest are on a budget. We have taken the cost of base cleaning out of our prices and given our guests the option to clean themselves on their departure or from just $30* for the villas & $50* the house for a *base clean only.

Getting There
Vincentia is in Jervis Bay about 2.5 hours from Sydney, 45 minutes from Berry and about 25 minutes from Norwa. Car is the best way of getting there. Train to Nowra is about 3 hours (from Sydney) and a Taxi or bus to Vincintia is 30-60 minutes.
