Overview
Beachfront Holiday Apartments are a 3 and a half Star AAA rating and comprise of eight fully self-contained two bedroom apartments with separate bathroom, laundry and toilet. The complex also has a solar heated in ground pool and undercover gas BBQ area.
Each apartment has free Austar TV, a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a queen size bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom is made up of a combination of single beds, bunks or fold-out beds and sleeps a maximum of five people (two adults and three children or four adults). The bathroom has a full size bath and separate shower and the laundry has a full size washing machine and clothes dryer.
The complex is north facing so that each apartment benefits from the warm winter sunlight. Located in a prime setting in the Fishpen area, the property is a two minute walk to the surf beach, two minute drive to the boat-ramp or a flat 10 minute walk to the town centre.

Getting There
Located in the Fishpen area 1km south of the post office on the corner of Dunns Lane and Ocean Drive, Merimbula. Travel to the southern side of the bridge turn into Dunns Lane at the service station in Arthur Kaine Drive and we are located at the end of the street on the right. The Merimbula Bus service runs between Pambula, Merimbula and Tura Beach and stops out the front in Dunns Lane. Merimbula Airport is also located 1km away and we can arrange for free pick up from or drop off to the airport.
Parking Info
Off-street parking with one parking bay per unit. Additional parking bays are available for additional cars, boats and trailers by prior arrangement with management.
