Getting There
Airlie Beach can be accessed by bus, car or plane. If you're short of time then a flight from Brisbane Airport into Proserpine Airport would be most convenient and there are a number of shuttle bus services between Proserpine and Airlie Beach once you arrive. However, if you are in a camper van, or want to catch a bus or train, be sure to plan up to a full day?s travel (minimum) from Brisbane.

Shut Harbour Road is the main road that takes you out of the Whitsundays Airport and can also be accessed off the Bruce Highway out of Proserpine to Airlie Beach.
