Overview
Located beachfront on Marine Parade. Beach House Resort is a Coolangatta icon with the original Beach House built in 1912. Nowadays, the resort contains 132 spacious fully self contained two bedroom apartments offering city and ocean views of the magnificent Coolangatta Beach.

Enjoy a swim in pool, relax in the spa or sauna, work out in the gymnasium or dine in one many restaurants and cafe's located in the resorts plaza. The onsite activity staff are readily available to help make your holiday as relaxing or as action packed as you like.

The resort is perfectly located within minutes of restaurants, bars and shopping centres and theres plenty to keep you entertained with Byron Bay a short drive to the south and Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise to the north. Beach House Seaside Resort, your beach holiday with style.

There is a high rise construction project going up that will commence on the vacant block of land adjacent to Beach House Seaside Resort from 1st March 2013. This project is not scheduled for completion until Aug 2014. The resort may be affected by some building noise during this time.

Please also be aware that Beach House Seaside Resort will be having a Lift Door Upgrade commencing on 15th July 2013 and due to be completed by 9th August 2013 (5 weeks). During this period there will be only one lift operating in the building. Contractors have assured us noise associated works will be limited between the hours of 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.

Getting There
Beach House is easily accessible via the Gold Coast and Pacific Highways by following the signs to Coolangatta. The resort is also located approximately 5 minutes drive south of Coolangatta Airport and 1 to 1.5 hours drive south of Brisbane International and Domestic Airports.

Parking Info
Parking spaces are limited, on street parking may apply. Clearance height of 2 meters.
